TWD wins competitive Guinness Trust contract

The Guinness Partnership is one of the largest providers of affordable housing and care in England. Founded as a charitable trust in 1890, it is now a Community Benefit Society with eight members. The Partnership owns and manages around 66,000 homes with a historic cost value of £3.7 billion, and provides services to more than 140,000 people. Despite their vast reach and number of homes managed, The Guinness Partnership still display incredible care and meticulous consideration for each property. It’s these peronal touches and attention to detail that makes TWD such a great fit to take on the responsibility of looking after all drainage issues for the London sector.

We describe ourselves as a customer service organisation because it’s our customers that we’re here for.
